Shipping

*Recent changes in international shipping policies have created an unstable situation for shipping products. Options and prices may change at any time.

Currently, products in this shop should be available for worldwide shipping. Please contact me if no options are showing for your country.
Depending on the destination, different shipping options will be available. Currently these can be regular mail, registered mail, tracking or InPost.
The price includes shipping and handling fees.

Local pickup

If you live in València, you can avoid shipping costs by choosing the local pickup option. After you’ve made your purchase, I’ll contact you to let you know how and where to come pick your package. It’ll be around the city of València.

Handling time

Packages are currently prepared and taken for shipping in bi-weekly batches. If you need your shipment to leave as soon as possible or you need it to be delivered on a specific date, please let me know before making your purchase.

Estimated shipping times

Spain: 1-3 weeks
Europe: 1-4 weeks
Rest of the world: 2-4 weeks
I will do my best to meet the estimated shipping deadlines, but I can not guarantee them.

Tariffs and customs duties

Buyers will pay applicable tariffs and customs duties. The store is not responsible for delays due to customs procedures.

Damages, losses, exchanges and refunds

If the shipping option chosen is regular mail, the store cannot be held responsible for damaged products or lost packages.
If the shipping option chosen is registered mail, tracking or InPost:

  • If the product arrives damaged, please contact me within 24 hours of the package’s arrival and send photos of the products and the packaging. If there was a problem with the packaging or during shipping and the damage is reasonably serious, I can send a new product at no cost other than shipping.
  • If the package is lost (it hasn’t arrived in more than 4 weeks and the tracking service is no longer providing updates), please contact me so I can check it out. Ultimately, I can send a new product at no cost other than shipping.

Unfortunately, the store cannot offer exchanges or refunds.
