After my time as a comic book teacher at Barreira Master’s Degree in Illustration, attending several professional juries and with more than 10 years of experience making comics, I can offer relevant observations and useful suggestions in this field.
Aspects of your project I can examine:
- Reading order of the composition (panels, actions, bubbles…).
- Narrative.
- Coherence and understandability of the story.
- Advanced text correction in Spanish / Basic text correction in English (I have a good English level but I’m not native).
After the revision, I can offer some further mentorship, with suggestions on:
- Approaching the project and planning the guidelines.
- Building a presentation for publishers or clients.
- Publishing or self-publishing possibilities.
- Advice based on my professional experience.

Base rate for inks or final montages: 40€
From 32 pages on, adds 1,20€ per page.
Base rate for rough drafts or storyboards: 60€
From 32 pages on, adds 1,60€ per page. - Mentorship after revision:
Half hour virtual meeting: 20€
One hour virtual meeting: 40€
